Management

Dr. Christian Scheler, CEO of Proteome Factroy AG, received his doctor's degree in Biochemistry at TU Berlin. In 2000 he co-founded the enterprise. He is responsable for strategic development and partnerships, distribution and company organization.

Our Proteomics Specialists

Dr. Karola Lehmann has done her doctor's degree at TU Berlin. She is specialisted in proteomic projects using extreme high resolution 2D electrophoresis and westernblot analysis. Furthermore she is involved in our BMBF granted research project "Profiling of Allergens in Food by Innovative Proteome Analysis Technologies".

Dipl. Ing. Boris Neumann studied biotechnology at the University of Applied Sciences (TFH) in Berlin and has done his diploma in the field of optimization of fermentation processes by proteome analysis. He is specialized in protein identification and characterization by mass spectrometry as well as proteome analysis.

Dr. Stefanie Wienkoop has done her doctor's degree at TU Darmstadt. She is specialized in LC-MS based proteomics and has many years of experience in using label free proteomics as well as in using stable isotopic labelled peptides for quantification. She is involved in our BMBF granted research project "Profiling of Allergens in Food by Innovative Proteome Analysis Technologies".

Bioinformatics

Ralf Mehle has done his diploma as engineer of technical computer science at the University for Applied Sciences (TFH) in Berlin. In our company he is responsible for the Bioinformatics division. Beside IT projects he mainly works on the ongoing development of SEQUiT!, the new de novo peptide sequencing software. He is your contact person for all questions about SEQUiT!'s technical support.
